01 The Deal

#What’s the catch?

There isn’t one. We do everything: domains, hosting, developer accounts, publishing, the lot. You just pay, once, when it’s finished.

#How can you afford this?

We do everything directly, with no agencies or middlemen in between. Daily previews catch problems on day one, not week ten. That’s also why we’re faster and cost less than other studios.

#What if I cancel halfway?

You owe 0, and one message ends it. The preview goes off within 48 hours and your materials come back. We keep the work: you can’t use it, and you don’t pay for it.

#Who decides when it’s finished?

The written scope. Every item has a test agreed before we start, and you check them in a 2-day window. If something fails its test, we fix it.

#What if I don’t like it at the end?

Tell us what doesn’t match the scope and we fix it. If it matches and you still don’t want it, you can walk away owing nothing. You’ll have seen it every day, so the end shouldn’t surprise anyone.

#What if you’re late?

You still owe nothing until it’s finished, and you can leave any day. That’s stronger than a penalty clause. The daily preview shows exactly where things stand.

#Is pay-when-finished only for websites and apps?

The full version is. Everything else follows the same rule, lighter: no deposits, ever. You pay on delivery, per approved stage, or after the month.

02 Always on

#Do you really answer at 3am?

Yes. A person replies within 1 hour, at any hour. If your live site is down, someone is on it within 30 minutes.

#Doesn’t that burn people out?

The studio doesn’t take days off. People do. On-call runs with a backup, so whoever answers you is never the only one on.

#Does a Sunday cost extra?

No: Sundays and holidays are normal working days here, at the same reply times and prices. Rush can cost more. The calendar never does.

#Which time zones do you cover?

All of them. The studio never closes, so your time zone is only a setting. Every time on this site is shown in yours.

03 Working together

#Why should we trust you?

You don’t have to take our word for it. Under The Deal you pay nothing until it’s finished, and you see the real thing every day. The risk sits with us.

#Who will we actually talk to?

The founder, from the first call to the handover. Specialists join when the work needs them, and you know who before they start. No account managers in between.

#Which languages do you work in?

German, English, French, Polish and Spanish: calls, contracts and the work itself. Other languages ship too, translated by native speakers and quoted at cost.

#Can you work with our team, or another agency?

Yes. Everyone shares one channel and one preview link. The scope names who does what, and by when.

#What do you need from us?

Someone who can say yes, a date, a budget range, and one owner for content and feedback. The scope lists the rest, with dates.

04 Ownership and legal

#Who owns the code?

You do, completely, from the day you pay. Before that, we do. That’s the trade: no payment until it’s finished, no ownership until it’s paid.

#Can I see the code before I pay?

You see the working product every day. The code comes with payment. If your CTO wants to check quality first, we walk them through it on a call.

#Do you sign NDAs?

Yes, before the first call if you like. Yours, or our mutual one. Unreleased products, investor decks and internal tools are confidential by default anyway.

#Where is our data hosted?

Where it needs to be. We choose the region with you and sign a data processing agreement. We work under whichever data protection law applies, the GDPR included.

Ask the next one directly.

A person replies within 1 hour, any hour.
